This detached villa on the newly renovated 18 hole golf course has great mountain views, has access to a community pool and has 2 bedrooms, walk-in shower floor, air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi.
The Urbanisation of Mosa Trajectum is easily accessible from the C3319 highway and only a few minutes drive from the new Corvera airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport.
The resort is currently going through lots of changes but is an ideal place if you are looking for good weather and peace & quiet so you can relax, sunbathe and sip on a sangria.
Easy access to the beaches of the Mar Menor with its shallow sea. Murcia City is only 15 minutes’ drive which is steeped in history with the Cathedral and typical small allies taking you to an abundance of bars and restaurants
The port of Cartagena Port is fantastic place to visit and by car is only 25 minutes.
A car is a must! However with so many providers on the internet car hire prices are very competitive!
This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €190 paid with the final instalment of rent.
