The villa is approx. 120 m². It has views of the private garden and the swimming pool.
This amazing villa is on the largest plot in the resort and benefits from a large 8x4m HEATED swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large modernised kitchen, a large terrace with adjustable glazing and a stunning covered bar and BBQ area with beer fridge, stove, huge BBQ and draught beer! In the winter months this area is heated with UV lamps and shielded from the wind with blinds. There is also a pool table, 8 sun loungers and a day bed.
Please note pool heating will be charged at €250 per month, payable on arrival to the keyholder.
This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €190 paid with the final instalment of rent*
