This is a well decorated and fully maintained Villa Sabina on the 5 star La Torre golf resort in Murcia.

It has 2 double bedrooms. 1 with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other with two single beds. There is another main bathroom in the property. (Both bathrooms contain a shower only, no bath)

There is a well equipped separate kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and oven/hob.
There is a spacious living/dining room with high ceilings, dining table and chairs, sofa and TV with standard La Torre channels.
There is an outside terrace leading off the living room with a comfortable L-shaped seating area and another dining table. This leads out to the rest of the garden area with its own private pool. In the garden area there are 4 sun loungers.

At the top of the villa is a large roof terrace with another table and chairs and a small comfortable lounge area.

There is air conditioning throughout the villa and free Wi-Fi internet access.

The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket etc and has 24/7 manned security providing a safe and relaxing environment for all the family.

We are Murcia Holiday Rentals and look after over 180 properties here, providing a first class service to our guests and owners. Every year hundreds of owners and thousands of holidaymakers trust us to give them a great experience regardless of the booking channel or tour operator they have booked through. We have an office within the resort where we are available to deal with any queries and help with everything from charging your phone to printing tickets and providing recommendations. Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of having a fully staffed office on the complex where they can receive assistance, advice and recommendations as well as help with any aspect of their trip or accommodation. Our staff speak Spanish, English, French and Arabic.

This rate only applies from September to the end of March.
