This is a two bedroom two bathroom south facing villa with a private pool.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and has air-conditioning in the lounge, along with ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The rear garden is fully paved and has outside garden furniture and sun loungers along with a charcoal BBQ. Upstairs there is a solarium ideal to enjoy evening drinks.
We are able to supply pool towels, welcome packs and a meet and greet service.
The villa is located in a quiet area of the resort and is about 5 minutes walk from the supermarket and town centre, which has restaurants and bars and the Golf Club House.
This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €190 paid with the final instalment of rent*
