This is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool and a garden located in the 5 stars Mar Menor Golf Resort in Murcia. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, and a coffee machine, as well as a comfortable living room with a sofa, a tv and a dining table. The villa has an east facing terrace overlooking the garden, with table and chairs for an “al fresco” dinner experience. It also has an upper sundeck with taning beds and rattan chairs and table, overlooking the largest plaza of the resort, with fountains and palm trees. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa, international cable TV and free Wi-Fi.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLD premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants.

8 mins drive to Los Alcazares – beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurants

Inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort you will find Club MMGR where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!

This rate only applies from September until the end of March.
