Ground floor apartment with large terrace leading out to communal pool and close to town centre and clubhouse. Ample parking on street plus access to a dedicated space in garage below. The apartment is presented to a high standard and has been extended to include a second full size en suite to the master bedroom. An additional 1 or 2 guests can be accommodated on the large sofa bed. Glass curtains to the inner terrace gives year round enjoyment.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket etc, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.
We are Murcia Holiday Rentals, and we look after 180+ properties here providing a first class service to our guests and owners.
