The accommodation is fully equipped with the following : garden, garden furniture, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), children's area, tennis court, padel /tennis court, air conditioning throughout the house (with timer), communal swimming pool, parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, Norwegian etc,).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster are provided.
This property also boasts a glass terrace and has a garden area for enjoying the sun.
In the main bedroom there is a 180cm King size bed for extra comfort and a TV with android device. A water filter system has also been added throughout, adding to this luxurious apartment.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Number 6 - Exquisite cuisine and cocktail lounge
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-maintained. All the necessities were provided. The beds were big and comfy. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, as clear instructions were provided. We enjoyed very much our stay in this apartment.
