Superb light and airy modern apartment with South West facing lounge/main bedroom balcony, smaller balcony off bedroom 2. The lounge and main bedroom both have large flat screen TV with fibre optic led multinational reception. Now includes an air fryer in the kitchen. Swimming pool serving small group of apartments adjacent with separate children's pool. Supermarket, hotel, spa, clubhouse, tennis and padel tennis and restaurants on the resort.
The Costa Calida beaches of the Mar Menor are 10/15 minutes drive away. Several towns including Los Alcazares and San Pedro del Pinatar are dotted along the coast all of which have many fine cafes/bars and restaurants. Lovely clean and well equipped apartment. View over the pool. Pool was never busy. Apartment is a 20 minute walk from the restaurant and shops at the front of the site so need to be organised and not forget anything

We had a great stay in this appartement! Very, very nice vieuw, loved the terrace, beautiful big swimming pool and the apartment was light and well equipped. The Resort was quit calm, not too many people by the swimming pool. We also liked the littlesee more

Contact person (Joy) was also very nice. We had a problem with the shutters and it was taken care of immediately. We would like to come back one day! |

Le séjour correspond quasiment à nos attentes. La location est très agréable. La piscine est belle et grande. Mais les voisins sont trop bruyants. Pas de chance pour nous car le seul appartement qui faisait du tapage était juste au dessus du notre.see more

This is a newly aquired (never rented) one bedroom apartment in the sought after resort of Mar Menor Golf Resort. It features a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (double) and a bathroom with shower and bath. There is a nice balcony with views of the golf course, flat screen TV with international channels and wifi free of charge. The property has airconditioning throughout. There are several communal pools in the resort with the closest being directly at this block. The resort is very popular with golfers and holidaymakers due to the good mix of facilities, supermarket, padel and mini golf and several restaurants and bars along the front of the resort as well as a high quality hotel.
