The accommodation is equipped with: lift, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle are provided.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports

This is a lovely well equipped apartment in a great location, my only 2 negatives were the shower drain had not been cleaned after the last guests leading to it overflowing on bathroom floor until I figured out the drain had not been cleaned once I csee more
This is a lovely well equipped apartment in a great location, my only 2 negatives were the shower drain had not been cleaned after the last guests leading to it overflowing on bathroom floor until I figured out the drain had not been cleaned once I cleaned it everything was fine and there was no full length mirror anywhere in the apartment. Minor issues which would certainly not stop me booking this apartment again .
