Modern decorated townhouse with frontline golf views over the 6th hole. The top terrace has table and chairs , mid terrace has modern sofas and loungers and bottom terrace has dining set and sofas. Close to town centre and shops in a quiet cul de sac.
The accommodation is equipped with the following: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, hair dryer, balcony, childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French etc.)
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.
The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.

Lovely accommodation and resort great as always, but the support received from Georgia (Murcia rentals) was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and any issue resolved immediately. Cannot thank them enough and looking forward to our next stay.

For paddle tennis you’ll need your own equipment. Beaches about 20mins drive - all easily accessible. Will definitely return

We understood there would be a barbecue, and there was a modest one, but without any stand or feets. So it had to be placed on the ground and barbecuing happened on 20 cm level. It was very unpleasent . The pink ladys did not understand the problem asee more
