This wonderful detached 2 bed 100 m2 villa is located on golf resort Mosa Trajectum with the fantastic newly renovated 18 holes golf course Golf Altaona, and 24 hours / 7 days a week security. This particular villa is located on a cosy and child friendly square of 16 villas, with the garden and swimming pool in the centre. Facing southwest with the beautiful sunset in the evening.
Features and amenities:- A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic cooking, toaster, coffee machine with filter and kettle and a Washing machine. Very spacious living room with access to the terrace. The dining room can accommodate up to 6 people.
The villa has on the first floor 2 bedrooms both with large wardrobes. The main bedroom has great palm tree and mountain views from the spacious balcony. On the first floor is also the bathroom with the walk-in shower, toilet , etc. Ground floor WC.
The 100 m2 villa has a magnificent view on the mountains and swimming pool from the terrace and balcony.
You can also play Tennis or Padel on the tennis courts, access to basketball courts and table tennis. Walking ,running and biking in the Natural Park of Sierra de Carrascoy direct from the resort. Bicycle rental is available and there is Golf on site.
The Mosa Trajectum Urbanization is easily accessible from the N 301 ---- RM 19. and just a few minutes by car from the new Corvera airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport.
The historic capital of Murcia with its Cathedral, monuments and many restaurants and bars in the small allies is 13,5 km. from the resort. 15 minutes drive brings you tot the beaches of Mar Menor with its shallow sea.
The port of Cartagena Port is a fantastic place to visit and is only 25 minutes by car.
A car is a must! However, with so many providers on the Internet, car rental prices are very competitive.

We had the absolute best time.
Lovely quiet neighbours and a great pool with a fabulous house. It was clean and tidy. Great stuff around the area. Was super perfect!

1 tiny thing. I didn't know were the bins were. I asked the neighbours but would have been nice if it would have been written in the house on the wall or something.
But was truly a great house, we loved it
