Description
This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. In a fantastic location you are just a short walk from many amenities both on the resort and just outside the resort on the Boulevard. The villa comes with an enclosed south facing garden with private heated swimming pool.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Number 6 - Exquisite cuisine and cocktail lounge
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar

Joy, the property manager was exceptional. She dealt with our queries quickly and ensured we were enjoying our stay. The property is well equipped, loads of outside furniture and a lovely pool. Great location five minutes from the Supermarket and jussee more

Great location five minutes from the Supermarket and just a few minutes more to the Boulevard. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, as was the pool and outside area.
